ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
Odd lot number will be offered first to non-residents and even lot numbers will be offered first to residents.
Tenders are for total rod numbers for the lot (for instance, a successful tender for lot 3 requires the payment of all eight rods).
Minimum and maximum price per rod is $ 250.00 for non-residents and $ 125.00 for residents, taxes to be added. Should there be more than one tender for a given lot a public draw, under the supervision of directors of the Société, will determine the winner.
A retention fence is set upstream of zone 12. It is installed normally on June 20 if the water level is appropriate. Consequently we do not guarantee that it will be so.
The fence is removed October 1ST. However a high water level could force an earlier removal. If this should be the case, arrangements (refunds if desired) will be reached to tenders of end of season lot as from September 23.
The first salmon were observed in this zone on June 20. This zone being high up in the river, we cannot guarantee the arrival of salmon in the beginning of the season.
A non refundable deposit of 100.00 $ for a non-resident and 50.00 $ for a resident must be included with each tender.
Tenders in sealed envelopes with the mention « Tender for zone 12 fishing days lot » will be received up to 16 :00 hour on Tuesday June 23, 2008 and opened publicly the same day at 16 :00 hour.
